Our services cover a wide range of needs related to employee fitness and health in the workplace.

Post Offer / Pre-Employment Exams:

These exams are conducted before an individual starts a new job to assess their fitness for the specific job requirements. The purpose is to ensure that the prospective employee can safely perform the essential tasks of the position without risking their health or safety.

Return to Duty Physicals:

These exams are conducted when an employee is returning to work after a period of absence due to illness, injury, or other medical reasons. The purpose is to evaluate the employee’s current physical condition and determine if they are fit to resume their job duties.

Medical Surveillance Exams:

Medical surveillance exams are performed to monitor employees’ health conditions when they are exposed to certain occupational hazards or work in environments with specific health risks. These exams help ensure early detection of any adverse health effects related to their work and enable appropriate preventive measures to be taken.

Fit for Duty Exams:

Fit for Duty exams are typically conducted on a periodic basis or when there are concerns about an employee’s ability to perform their job due to health or medical reasons. These exams assess the employee’s overall health and determine if they are physically and mentally capable of carrying out their job responsibilities safely and effectively.

Annual / Periodic Exams:

These exams are conducted on a regular basis, usually annually or periodically, to monitor the overall health and well-being of employees. They may include a range of assessments, such as medical history review, physical examinations, laboratory tests, and screenings.

Pulmonary Function Test:

Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) are used to evaluate the functioning of the respiratory system, particularly the lungs. These tests measure lung capacity, airflow, and other respiratory parameters to assess lung health and identify any potential respiratory issues.
